First time coming to one of my classes?

If this is your first time attending one of my classes, please email me (juliabmorrow@gmail.com) 12 hours ahead of time to let me know which class you'll be coming to. This way I can keep an eye out for you when you arrive, and if anything changes schedule wise, I'll be able to keep you in the loop!

Class Descriptions
 

Barre: This class fuses pilates, yoga, ballet, light hand weights and calisthenics to streamline your entire body without adding bulk. In this fun, killer workout, you will address many of the intrinsic muscles that are often forgotten about. This allows you to protect your body from injury, and get the most out of your other workouts!

Barre Xtreme: This fast paced, 30 minute version of a traditional barre class is a full body workout that tones your seat, thighs, arms and core. Cardio bursts are added throughout to intensify your workout!

Power Flow: This powerful, energetic, playful 30 minute class has a strong emphasis on breath, and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged within the same class. This class will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. This class will return in January!

Lunch Crunch: This 30-minute workout is designed for maximum effectiveness in minimal time. In this circuit style class, we will use hand weights, body bars, BOSU, Gliders and much more!  This class will  challenge you physically while empowering you through dedicated motivation and emphasis on getting it right with proper form and resistance. This class will return in January!

Nia Technique: Through Movement We Find Health. This sensory-based movement practice combines 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts and healing arts. In this cardio-dance class you will tune into the needs of your body, mind, spirit and emotions.

Yoga: Allow yourself to be engaged in a practice that energizes the body, quiets the mind and enlivens the soul. Beginning with meditation and breathing techniques, you'll then seamlessly transition into the physical poses where you will stretch and strengthen your body. This class is truly an all levels class, with a focus on proper alignment.  You will be guided to use modifications so that you can get the most out of your practice, while listening to and honoring your body.

Yoga Sculpt: A blend of two favorite classes—yoga and barre. This class provides an opportunity to work muscles that are needed to have a strong and safe yoga practice. The use of light hand weights and Barre-inspired movements add new challenges to your traditional yoga practice!
